I appreciated the clarity with which the author of this speech spoke about the heart of the illegal immigrant problem. A “purist” Libertarian would open the borders and invite one and all into the U.S. as long as they contributed to society and ecomony and didn’t require a handout. This speech adds a few more requirements to what makes an immigrant a true American.
