What Is a Libertarian?
"Libertarianism is, as the name implies, the
belief in liberty. Libertarians believe that you own your own life
and property, and you have the right to make your own choices as
to how you live your life—as long as you simply respect the
same right of others to do the same. We believe in individual liberty
and limited government." Sharon Harris,
President, The Advocates
Libertarian concepts grow on you. They provide
a foundation by which you can make decisions and form judgments
about events in your life. Libertarianism is a philophy, a way of
thinking.
There is a political party called the Libertarian
party, but Pueblo Libertarians are not a political party. We are
a group of people who are weary of big government, burdensome taxes,
and bureaucratic regulation of personal decisions. We talk...we
learn...we do. Join us at one of our fun, friendly get-togethers.
